With over 25 years in professional services and senior leadership roles including CFO and COO, Melissa brings a disciplined, commercial approach to managing the financial and compliance function of growing businesses.
Her experience spans audit, due diligence, and acquisitions, giving her a strong foundation in assessing financial risk, validating performance, and supporting informed decision-making. This experience underpins her approach to ensuring that financial information is reliable, obligations are met, and businesses are structured for growth.
Operating between Australia and Indonesia, Melissa works closely with foreign founders navigating the complexity of running a PT PMA. She coordinates across local accountants, property managers, and internal systems to bring consistency and accountability to the back-end of the business.
